Welcome to KatzKomps! By registering, purchasing tickets, or participating in any of our competitions, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use KatzKomps.
By using our site, you confirm that participation in competitions of chance is legal in your country or region. We are not responsible for any violations of local laws.
Each user must create an account to participate.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited and may result in suspension.
Competitions are based on the sale of a set number of tickets.
Each ticket purchased represents one entry into the competition.
Once all tickets are sold, a random winner is selected.
KatzKomps reserves the right to cancel or delay competitions if technical or operational issues occur.
All payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only.
Supported cryptocurrencies are listed at checkout and may change at our discretion.
Prices for tickets are displayed in USD but converted into the equivalent crypto amount at the time of purchase.
All transactions are final and non-refundable.
Winners will receive prizes in cryptocurrency equivalent to the USD value of the advertised prize.
Payouts are made to the winner’s nominated crypto wallet address.
Gas fees (network fees) required to send the prize are deducted from the prize amount.
KatzKomps is not responsible for delays or losses caused by providing an incorrect wallet address.
All draws are conducted randomly and fairly.
Results are published on the website immediately after each draw.
KatzKomps does not guarantee or influence outcomes.
Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or duties applicable in their jurisdiction.
KatzKomps is not liable for tax obligations arising from participation or prize winnings.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Create multiple accounts or use automated systems to enter competitions.
Attempt to manipulate or interfere with competition results.
KatzKomps is not responsible for:
Delays, errors, or interruptions in service.
Losses arising from incorrect wallet addresses.
Losses due to crypto volatility after a prize is sent.
Maximum liability of KatzKomps is limited to the ticket price paid by the user.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
